Terms of Service & Mobile Messaging Terms
Welcome to Balser Auto Sales (https://carslancasterohio.com/). By accessing our website or opting into our communication programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Customer Communications
By providing your contact information, including your email address and mobile phone number, you authorize Balser Auto Sales (including authorized staff) to contact you regarding your vehicle inquiries, purchase details, and ongoing relationship communications.
2. Mobile Messaging Program (SMS)
Balser Auto Sales operates a direct mobile messaging program to stay in touch with our valued customers.
Program Description: By opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive text messages directly from Balser Auto Sales. These messages include customer service follow-ups, helpful vehicle reminders, and relationship messages such as annual Birthday wishes and vehicle purchase anniversary congratulations.
Opt-In Consent: Consent to receive text messages must be provided explicitly by you (e.g., via a website form checkbox, a signed physical paperwork waiver, or an explicit request). Consent is strictly voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any vehicle from Balser Auto Sales.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on customer engagement, but relationship messages (Birthdays and Car purchase anniversaries) occur on a recurring annual basis. Message frequency is up to 4 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us, and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Carriers Not Liable: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. How to Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, Balser Auto Sales will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been successfully unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up or contact us directly, and we will resume sending messages to you.
